The most important lesson I learned as CEO is that you can’t do it all yourself. There are just too many moving parts to a business. Delegate your needs through a modular approach.
As your company’s leader, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that all of those parts work seamlessly together. So it is critical that your vision is communicated to every member of your organization, from co-executives, to managers, to employees – even to outside stakeholders.
Having worked my way from the ground up, I understand how the various departments of an organization need to synchronize with one another in order to keep the business flowing smoothly. I have seen what works – and what doesn’t. Using this knowledge base, I am able to take apart and reconstruct different business processes and make them better meet the specific strategic needs of busy business leaders.

Sometimes what a busy executive needs is simply a partner to handle the mundane yet imperative tasks that he or she doesn’t have time to handle.
